this may come as a surprise to you, as it did to me. i never, ever thought i'd see the day i'd use a cleansing oil on my skin. i'm an oily skinned girl, so logically you'd think oil + oil = more oil, but how wrong i was. i've always shied away from any form of oil out of fear my face would breakout and become a greasy mess. but using an oil on oily skin actually helps balance the skins natural oils and reduce them. this oil is amazing and i's become my cleanser of choice as of late.

this stuff does exactly what is says on the tin. it is a miracle cleansing oil, it takes seconds to break down all traces of make up, even heavy eye make up and stubborn mascara. an added bonus is that it doesn't sting your eyes either. it doesn't have the greasy feel i expected it to have, it's just very silky and moisturising on the skin. once you start to clean it off with a warm flannel, it turns into a milk, that quickly and easily melts away. your skin is left feeling very soft and fresh.

using this at night has really helped control the oiliness of my skin, in the morning theres hadly any trace of grease on my skin. i also prefer using this in the evening as i think it gives my skin a really deep, thorough cleanse. as you can see, it's very lightweight, fluid oil that makes is a dream to work with and means it doesn't leave a film over the skin. it also has a pleasant, yet subtle relaxing smell to it. it's so good to use if your tired and want to get your make up off really quickly!

loreal have done it again, yet another brilliant skincare product! this is great oil and it's so reasonably priced, it's also usually on offer too. if like me you've been cautious of oils before, i can't recommend trying this one enough. i'm now very eager to try the nude perfect cleansing oil and the boscia makeup-breakup cooling cleansing oil too. have you tried the loreal cleansing oil? do you have any cleansing oil favorites or recommendations?
